Two-Factor Authentication

This tutorial will show you how to enable Two-Factor Authentication for your billing account.

When your account is protected with Two-Factor Authentication, logging into our Billing System requires two methods of authentication: your billing account password and a verification code that's only available to you. This code can be generated from the Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile app available for iOS and Android.

 

Step 1: Click on the drop down menu at the top right

Select Security Settings

 

Step 2: Click the green button to enable Two-Factor Authentication

 

Step 3: Click the blue Get Started button

 

Step 4: Open the Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile app on your phone to scan the QR Code

Enter the 6 digit code from the app

Click Submit

 

Step 5: Write down your Backup Code, you can use this backup code to login if you ever lost your mobile device.

 

Step 6: To disable Two-Factor Authentication, click the red button to disable.

 

Step 7: Enter your password and click the Disable Two-Factor Authentication button.

 

Step 8: Next time you login to the billing system, you must enter the 6 digit code from the mobile app.
