Sometimes bugs are introduced with EnGuard webmail updates. When a fix is applied with a new update, your browser will have the old code stored in its cache and needs to be cleared out in order to download the new code to resolve an issue you were experiencing.
This tutorial will show you how to clear cache for Firefox in Windows.
Step 1: Go into the Firefox menu, select Options
Step 2: Select Privacy & Security
Step 3: Under Cookies and Site Data, click on Clear Data
Step 4: Click Clear
Step 5: Click Clear Now
Step 6: Quit Firefox and reopen it.
Navigate to our webmail and it will now download all the new code and fixes into your browser cache.
