This tutorial will show you how to move messages.
In this example, we will move a message from the Inbox to a custom folder named New Clients.
Drag and Drop
Click on the message (it turns blue), hold it and drag it to another folder, an envelope icon appears guiding the message to the new location.
Make sure the selected folder is highlighted in gray, then drop the message into that folder.
Right-click
Step 1: Right-click on the message (it turns blue), then select Move
Step 2: Select the destination folder from the Move To dropdown menu
Click Move
Move Multiple Messages
Step 1: Click the Select dropdown and choose Enable Select Mode
Step 2: Click on the messages you want to move in bulk, once the desired messages are highlighted in blue, you can drag and drop or right-click to move the messages.
We also support keyboard shortcuts: Shift-click or Control-click (Command-click for Mac users) to select multiple messages.
Select All
Step 1: Click the Select dropdown and choose Select All
You can also choose Deselect All to undo.
