This tutorial will show you how to add multiple calendars in addition to your primary calendar.
You can create as many calendars as you want, each calendar has its own color for appointments / events. In this example, we are going to create a calendar named Personal to separate work and personal appointments.
Step 1: From the Calendar tab, click on the Folder Icon on the top left
Then click New Folder
Step 2: Enter a Name (A) , pick a color (B), then click Save
Step 3: Your new Calendar will now be listed under your Primary Calendar
New Appointments are added to the primary calendar by default.
To add to set an appointment on a different calendar, select it from the Source drop down under options in the new appointment window.
By default, all calendar appointments / events will be visible and color coded
To hide a calendar, uncheck the box next to that calendars name
Appointments associated with that calendar will no longer be visible
To unhide the calendar, check the box again
