This tutorial will show you how to create an FTP Account.
Step 1: From the Advanced Menu, select FTP
Step 2: Click Add account
Step 3: Enter a Username and Password
Click Add
Step 4: Your FTP user account is an email address.
Step 5: We only allow whitelisted IP addresses to access our FTP server, please contact our support team for assistance.
