MAC Audio and Video issues

If you are experiencing audio, video, or other connection issues when any meeting participant is on a Mac computer, the Mac user will need to update their Local Network settings as follows.

 

Step 1: Choose Apple menu in the top left then click System Settings.

 

Step 2: Scroll down and choose Privacy and Security, then click Local Network.

 

Step 3: For whichever preferred browser you are using, turn the toggle on.
