You can create, rename, delete, and move folders.

Create a New Folder

Step 2: Select New Folder

Step 3: In this example, we will create a custom folder named Clients inside the Root Folder.

The root folder contains all your Custom Folders, it is never advised to create folders inside (or under) the Inbox folder as this will result in slow loading on mail clients.

Name: type the folder name

Click Save

The Clients folder now appears as a top level folder in the Custom Folders section, top level folders are sorted in alphabetical order.

Step 4: You can create subfolders inside (under) your top level folders.

We will now create a subfolder named ABC Billing inside the Clients folder.

Right-click the top level folder, select New Folder

Type the folder name

Click Save

The subfolder now appears inside (under) the top level folder in the Custom Folders section.
