Clear Cache for Chrome in Windows

Sometimes bugs are introduced with EnGuard webmail updates. When a fix is applied with a new update, your browser will have the old code stored in its cache and needs to be cleared out in order to download the new code to resolve an issue you were experiencing.

This tutorial will show you how to clear cache for Chrome in Windows.

 

Step 1: Go into the Chrome menu, select Settings

 

Step 2: Select Privacy & Security

 

Step 3: Under Privacy and security, select Clear browsing data

 

Step 4: Select All Time from the dropdown
Browsing history (optional to uncheck this)
Check boxes for Cookie and other site data and Cached images and files

Click Clear data

 

Step 5: Quit Chrome and reopen it.
Navigate to our webmail and it will now download all the new code and fixes into your browser cache.
