Disable Spam Filtering

This tutorial will show you how to disable spam filtering.

The primary reason for disabling spam filtering is to ensure that no emails go into the Junk E-mail folder.

Caution: You will receive spam!


Step 1: Please send an email to our Support Department to request that we disable spam filtering for your account.

After you receive a confirmation from us, click on the Settings icon in the top navigation bar


Step 2: Click on Spam Filtering


Step 3: Click the toggle to enable Override spam filter actions


Step 4: Click on each tile and select No Action


Step 5: Click Save
