Whitelist email addresses and domains

This tutorial will show you how to add email addresses and domain names to your Trusted Senders List / Whitelist.

Trusted Senders bypass spam scanning ensuring their messages are never moved into the Junk Email folder.

Email addresses added to your Contacts are automatically added as trusted senders.

 

Step 1: Right-click a message and select Trust Sender to automatically add this sender to your Trusted Senders List

 

Step 2: All emails from this sender will show turn the Sender Verification Shield Green.

 

Step 3: To manage your Trusted Senders List, go into Settings from the More dropdown menu.

 

Step 4: Click on Spam Filtering from the left menu.

 

Step 5: To trust all email addresses from a particular domain name, click the Pencil icon next to Trusted Domains.

 

Step 6: Enter the domains

Click Save

 

Step 7: To trust individual email addresses, click the Pencil icon next to Trusted Email Addresses.

 

Step 8: Enter the email addresses

Click Save

 

Step 9: To untrust a sender, simply right click the message and select Untrust Sender.

 

If you are a company administrator and would like us to add a domain name or email address on your Company Wide Trusted Senders List (for all users), please send an email to our support team and we can add it on the backend.
