Whitelist email addresses and domains

This tutorial will show you how to add email addresses and domains to your Trusted Senders List / Whitelist.

Trusted Senders are never scanned for spam ensuring their messages are never moved into the Junk Email folder.

Email addresses added to your Contacts are automatically added as trusted senders.

Step 1: Right-click a message and select Trust Sender to automatically add this sender to your Trusted Senders List

Step 2: All emails from this sender will show Trusted Sender in green

Step 3: To manage your Trusted Senders List and to add domains, click on the Settings icon in the top navigation bar

Step 4: Click on Spam Filtering

Step 5: To trust all email addresses from a particular domain name, click the Pencil icon next to Trusted Domains

Step 6: Enter the domains
Click
OK

Step 7: Click the Pencil icon next to Trusted Email Addresses, to add or remove email addresses
Click OK

If you are a company administrator and would like us to add a domain name or email address on your Company Wide Trusted Senders List (for all users), please send an email to the support department and we can add it on the backend.
