EnGuard allows email login access from the United States only, this protects your email account from hackers around the world.
Whenever you login to your email account, we look at your location's IP address to determine where you are, before allowing access.
If you have remote workers in other countries, you can allow permanent access from those countries.
Whenever employees travel outside the US, you can allow temporary access from those countries.
In this example, we are going to allow access from Australia.
Step 1: Click on Manage Access Control
Step 2: Select the Country from the Country drop-down menu and click Add Country
Step 3: Click Save Changes and you are all set
Step 4: To remove access, click the red Remove button to remove the country
Step 5: Don't forget to click Save Changes
